Inversions are Fun, Humbling and Challenging. Many benefits can come from being upside down but it is important to first ask "Is this the right pose for me, at this time?" If the answer if "Yes", then join us this night! We will do a 30 to 40 minute asana practice to warm up the body and relax the mind. Then we will explore several different prep poses for handstand as well as several variations once we are vertical. Lots of time for practice, questions, support, guidance and fun! This class is suitable for beginners as well as more advanced students. Drop in fee is $18 (Seniors $14, Students $10). Riverwise Punch Cards happily accepted.
